I have more than 40 years of industry experience, mainly working with Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd. (BHEL) and Emerson. I have also been associated with TUV-Nord in India for Audits, Assessments, Inspections, Trainings and Project Implementations. I am also a qualified LEAN Sponsor from Emerson, Hong Kong and has completed ‘Executive Program in Corporate Management’ from AOTS, Yokohama, Japan and ‘Executive Program – Building Organizational Capabilities’ from Richard Ivey School of Business, Beijing, China.
