About
Dr. Shailendra Joshi is a Former Chief Secretary, of Telangana State, ex-IAS, and Senior expert on ESG practices. He has a rich experience of working in the field of sustainability for over three decades. He had worked in the Ministry of Environment, Forest and climate change for a decade and in the field of harnessing water resources for another decade.
Dr. Joshi had participated and represented India in a large number of international negotiations and had been associated with the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development at Rio de Janeiro (1992) to United Nations Conference on sustainable development at Johannesburg (2002). He had been the national focal point of India for climate change.
